Standard Warranty

iSCSItape is warranted for one year from date of shipment from the factory. This warranty includes a SpectraGuard Next Business Day service contract. SpectraGuard Next Business Day service includes:

• Access to a SpectraGuard technical representative any business day (not including evenings, weekends, or holidays) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (customer local time).
• Shipment of a replacement drive or part, upon verification that the drive has malfunctioned. (If Spectra Logic receives notification before 2:30 p.m. Mountain Time, a replacement part or drive can be shipped that day for delivery on the next business day.)
