Hardware Health Monitoring (HHM): Hardware Health Monitoring delivers information on the health of vital library hardware components. It tracks usage statistics such as the number of moves, cycles, and distance moved then compares that data to expected useful life metrics for individual components. With that information, you can determine in advance when components may need to be serviced or replaced. HHM reduces the uncertainty around timing decisions regarding replacing batteries and filters or service transports to keep your library performing in top condition. |

| The Only Enterprise Library with Unified Management: Use the single BlueScale® interface to perform all management functions for the T-Finity, including setup, configuration, upgrades, security, and reporting— both locally and remotely. No other vendor provides one interface for all these activities. The powerful, easy to use interface gives you outstanding control over library configuration and partitioning, media moves, energy monitoring, performance reporting, media, drive and hardware health monitoring plus integrated encryption with key management. With one interface, you have a uniform point of command for all critical library functions. The same BlueScale interface used in the T-Finity is also used across all Spectra Logic libraries giving you a uniform management platform for your entire secondary storage environment. |
