Primary responsibilities:

  • Full Cycle Accounts Receivable Processing
  • Verify item and order costs
  • Create customer invoices
  • Post customer payments
  • Call on customers for collection purposes
  • Prepare spreadsheet reports
  • Audit AR system monthly
  • Assemble financial information for audits
  • Other accounting duties as needed

Required Skills:

  • Two years of accounts receivable training
  • Intermediate excel spreadsheet skills
  • Ability to multi-task in high-volume fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to follow written or verbal instructions
  • Ability to work independently or as a team
  • Positive interpersonal skills and strong work ethic
  • Strong written, verbal, organizational and math skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be detail-oriented and meticulous

Experience:

  • Two years of accounts receivable experience.
  • Two years of QuickBooks experience. QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of computer/parts a plus.

This position offers 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Candidate will be eligible to receive company benefits package (medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, paid vacation) upon successful completion of 90-day probationary period.

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Obtain pricing for parts to be ordered from distributors.
  • Coordinate purchase of parts to maintain production schedule.
  • Create and place detailed Purchase Orders to vendors.
  • Monitor and track incoming parts for 100+ orders.
  • Update and maintain order status spreadsheet.
  • Keep management notified of any escalated issues.
  • Coordinate with production to determine ship dates.
  • Relay status information to production and sales teams clearly and effectively throughout process.

Technical Production Manager - High Performance Computing (HPC)

JOB SUMMARY

The Technical Production Manager will oversee technical system integration and production operations. The TPM will work closely with the Production Coordinator to determine and manage production schedule. TPM will set production SOP and Quality Assurance procedures, mentor and train production team on same while continually striving to improve and streamline processes. The Technical Production Manager needs to be a proven leader who is committed to a level of excellence that supports the company’s ongoing production, reputation and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background in hardware and software in a manufacturing environment, strong leadership and interpersonal skills,

Responsibilities:

  • Setting manufacturing SOP for production assembly and testing procedures
  • Training and mentoring production staff on SOP and best practices, assigning and directing work, evaluating performance
  • Create a Quality Assurance plan to ensure flawless order processing
  • Work with Production Coordinator to manage flow of WIP parts and Finished Good inventory, and plan and manage production schedule
  • Keep production schedule information updated including any changes or issues that may arise. Proactively share schedule information with other departments
  • Review orders for component-level compatibility
  • Communicate with customers to determine software configuration
  • Working with manufacturers to troubleshoot production hardware/software issues
  • Coordinate with peers and direct reports to ensure cross-department organization
  • Collaborate with leadership team to support or improve production activities. Actively communicate the status of projects, challenges, concerns and resource         constraints to upper management
  • Investigate customer complaints and proactively participate in problem resolution
  • Independently and consistently tackle problems and drives solutions. Recognize and perform root-cause analysis of recurring issues and determine solutions         that improve overall operations.

Skills:

  • Hardware knowledge: Server and storage systems, clusters, component-level parts, network fabrics, switches, power and infrastructure
  • Software knowledge: Expert knowledge in OS installation for Linux, Windows, parallel file systems and clusters
  • Understand customer topology and environment
  • Design Visio Diagrams when needed
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Experience:

  • 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment troubleshooting hardware systems for component level and system level failures
  • Managing projects with various teams and departments
  • Planning and building realistic timelines
  • Managing and mentoring technical staff
  • Creating SOP and Quality Assurance procedures
