Purchasing

Yes. We can accept purchase orders from Government or Educational establishments as well as commercial customers with credit verification and approval. To request net terms, please complete an
Advanced HPC credit application.

We accept wire, cashiers’ check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, or company check. Net terms are also available with credit verification and approval.

Customer Service

The Advanced HPC default password is AHPC!1234. It is placed in the inside of the system accessory box.

Please send an email to rma@advancedhpc.com or support@advancedhpc.com to open a ticket on our RMA or Support Queue. Please include your name, company, the part you want to RMA, the problem or issue and the respective serial number (i.e., AH100XXXX)
