Sales Administrator

Advanced HPC is a fast-paced, growing high-tech company. We are a high performance computing and data storage solution provider that sells custom solutions from a single server to complete turnkey compute cluster. Our team has over 50 years of experience in the technology industry with a stellar customer satisfaction record. Our staff includes industry veterans in sales, customer service and production. Advanced HPC offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, paid vacation and 401K.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Assist sales staff in administrative duties
  • Maintain sales lead list
  • Obtain item pricing from vendors
  • Obtain shipping quotes from warehouse staff­
  • Update customer quotes
  • Assist customers in placing orders
  • Prepare order paperwork for submittal
  • Keep customers apprised of order status
  • Relay clear, concise information to sales staff, customers, vendors and managers.

Skills required:

  • Two years of administrative training and/or job experience.
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to follow written or verbal instructions.
  • Must be detail-oriented and meticulous.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Strong written, verbal and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate Excel and Outlook skills.
  • QuoteWerks and/or Goldmine, or other CRM software experience preferred.

Experience:

  • Sales Administration: 2 years (Preferred)
