Primary responsibilities:

  • Full Cycle Accounts Receivable Processing
  • Create customer invoices
  • Post customer payments
  • Receivable collections
  • Maintain organized filing system
  • Audit AR system monthly

We are looking for a highly motivated lead HPC engineer with a strong problem-solving skill set.

The Candidate must have:

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills to interface with internal staff and customers. The Candidate would need excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with sales team, department heads, technical support staff, and customers.
  • Actively engage in guiding project design working with drivers and architecture to coordinate improvements and problem resolutions for high-performance computing.
  • Knowledge of programming fundamentals with a deep understanding of parallel computer architectures and optimizations.
  • Clear understanding of the customer’s environment and topology.
  • Expert Knowledge of servers, data storage, network, and switch configurations and other HPC hardware.
  • Strong understanding of system administration issues, technologies, and best practices.

Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Answering customer support issues via trouble-ticket software and phone for Level 3 technical support.
  • Take ownership of customer tickets and provide resolution through research, analysis, and working with established vendors.
  • Should be familiar with design of systems and clusters, including computational and storage clusters from component level to infrastructure.
  • Gain a technical and functional understanding of company product architecture and develop expertise in analyzing data to isolate problems.
  • Collect logs and data to assist in ongoing investigation of underlying defects in hardware and/or software that contributed to the customer issues.
  • Developing test processes and procedures in troubleshooting of hardware systems for both component-level and system-level failures.

Successful applicants will have current work experience in:

  • OS integrations and benchmarking
  • Onsite Installation and support
  • Contact center (phone, email and ticketing)
  • Experience with software configuration of parallel file systems, networked-file systems and HPC Clusters.

Production Manager HPC

Base pay range
$75,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

The Production Manager will oversee technical manufacturing and production operations. The PM will work closely with the Production Coordinator to determine and manage production schedule. PM will set production SOP and Quality Assurance procedures, mentor and train production team on same while continually striving to improve and streamline processes. The Production Manager needs to be a proven leader who is committed to a level of excellence that supports the company’s ongoing production, reputation and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background in hardware and software in a manufacturing environment, strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Setting manufacturing SOP for production assembly and testing procedures
  • Training and mentoring production staff on SOP and best practices, assigning and directing work, evaluating performance
  • Create a Quality Assurance plan to ensure flawless order processing
  • Work with Production Coordinator to manage flow of WIP parts and Finished Good inventory, and plan and manage production schedule
  • Keep production schedule information updated including any changes or issues that may arise. Proactively share schedule information with other departments
  • Review orders for component-level compatibility
  • Communicate with customers to determine software configuration
  • Working with manufacturers to troubleshoot production hardware/software issues
  • Coordinate with peers and direct reports to ensure cross-department organization
  • Collaborate with leadership team to support or improve production activities. Actively communicate the status of projects, challenges, concerns and resource constraints to upper management
  • Investigate customer complaints and proactively participate in problem resolution
  • Independently and consistently tackle problems and drives solutions. Recognize and perform root-cause analysis of recurring issues and determine solutions that improve overall operations.

Skills needed:

  • Hardware knowledge: Server and storage systems, clusters, component-level parts, network fabrics, switches, power and infrastructure
  • Software knowledge: Expert knowledge in OS installation for Linux, Windows, parallel file systems and clusters
  • Understand customer topology and environment
  • Design Visio Diagrams when needed
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and multitask
